March 18: PMS Officers to observe black day

To express solidarity with the officers who were arrested last year while protesting in front of the Civil Secretariat

LAHORE: The Provincial Management Service (PMS) Officers Association will observe March 18 as ‘Black Day’ to express solidarity with the officers who had been arrested last year while protesting in front of the Civil Secretariat. The association’s general body will also meet on Sunday to “commemorate their struggle”. In the meeting, the association will discuss future strategy.
