Football: Army put four past PPWD

KARACHI: Pakistan Army crushed PPWD 4-0 in the National Challenge Cup. Akhtar Hussain scored the opening goal in the 39th minute, while Imran Hussain doubled the lead on 46 minutes. Ansar Abbassi added the team’s third goal and Mohammad Jameel sealed the victory with a goal three minutes before full-time. Meanwhile, Navy defeated National Youth Team B (under-16) 2-0 and PAF overcame Railways 1-0.
