Kamran, who claimed his career’s second PSA World Tour Title, won with scores of 11-1, 11-7 and 11-6 in a match lasting a half hour against the tournament’s second seed.
Dubai-based Maqbool beat Iran’s Navid Maleksabet in the semi-final 7-11, 11-5, 11-6 and 11-7 while world number 60 Kamran eased-past local favourite Mohammad Reza Sadeghpour 11-2, 14-12 and 11-1.
In earlier matches, Maqbool was involved in two five-setters. He beat Kuwait’s Mohammed Yaquop Hajeyah 3-2 in the quarter-final after getting the better of compatriot Kashif Khan in the first round by the same score.
