Cricket: Aziz powers NBP Academy to T20 win

KARACHI: Danish Aziz produced an all-round performance as NBP Academy defeated KESC Academy by 30 runs in the inaugural match of the NBP Under-17 Inter-Academy T20 League. Electing to bat first at the Rashid Latif Cricket Academy Ground in Gulberg, NBP put up 123 in their allotted quota as Rehmatullah top-scored with 37 and Aziz chipped in with 24. In reply, KESC could only manage 93 for nine as Aziz followed up his contribution with the bat with a three-wicket haul to claim the man-of-the-match award.
