Targeting politicians: Senators condemn attack on Sherpao

Expressed deep shock, grief over the incident and said that perpetrators of this heinous crime were devoid of humanity

ISLAMABAD: Senate Chairman Farooq H Naek and his deputy Mir Jan Muhammad Khan Jamali have strongly condemned the suicide attack on the convoy of Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao at Shabqadar, Charsadda. In separate statements, they expressed deep shock and grief over the incident and said that perpetrators of this heinous crime were devoid of humanity. They paid rich tributes to the police official who sacrificed his life in the incident and said the nation feels proud of its brave sons. Leader of the House Syed Nayyar Hussain Bokhari and opposition leader Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidari also condemned the attack on Sherpao.
