Questions for Imran Khan

Letter March 04, 2012
Could he share some details on how exactly he will end corruption in 90 days if elected as prime minister?

ISLAMABAD: In his address to a rally Lahore late last year, PTI chief Imran Khan warned that his party will shut down cities and towns of Pakistan if politicians do not declare their assets. Many observers, including this letter writer, are curious to know when the shutting down process will start.

At the end of his Lahore speech, he had triumphantly declared that the change he is talking about has already come. Mr Khan has also of late been promising that the country will be rid of corruption in 90 days. Could he share some details on how exactly he will achieve this if elected as prime minister?

Furthermore, some of the people who have of late joined his party have changed loyalties several times. How he will insert some element of faithfulness into their minds remains to be seen.
