In broad daylight: Hindu doctor abducted from DHA

KARACHI:
A 28-year-old Hindu doctor, Lata Kumari, was kidnapped from DHA on Tuesday. According to the family, she was going to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan in Phase II, DHA to get the admission form when armed people abducted her. Her father Dr Ramesh Kumar said that an FIR was lodged at Darakhshan police station but there has been no progress. She was previously working at the Aga Khan Hospital’s research department.
