Sick of us

HYDERABAD: This is with reference to Syed Talat Hussain’s piece “Islamabad’s weakest link”. We are a terror-exporting nation and why is this so hard to digest? We trained the Taliban in Afghanistan and are still doing it. We send jihadis to Kashmir so that they could fight our war with our eastern neighbour. We – or certainly people who live in this country – sent people to India and they ended up killing close to 200 people. Even China has started to complain about the rise in extremism in its Xinjiang province saying that it has links to organisations in Pakistan. All our neighbours are sick of us and now the world is getting sick of us.

And if our politicians are the weakest link then I guess Mr Hussain is saying that the military is the strongest?
