NUML for enhancing faculty’s English language skills

To enhance the professional competencies of its faculty members, the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) launched a yet another workshop in collaboration with British Council Pakistan on Monday.


The four-day workshop on “Digital and Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL)” has been undertaken by the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) to improve the English language communication skills of NUML’s faculty. Faculty members from seven regional campuses including Karachi, Lahore and Quetta are participating in the workshop.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, QEC Dean Dr Sohaila Javed said that NUML and British Council Pakistan will continue to collaborate for the professional growth of teachers and learners. She said that digital learning means training teachers to better handle latest technologies to be able to impart knowledge.
