Sexual assault: Rapist sentenced to five years
Rapist added sedatives to the milk of the family to which they all fell unconscious.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Qasim on Monday sentenced a convicted rapist to five years in prison and a fine of Rs10,000, failing payment of which he will face an additional three months in jail.
According to the FIR of the case, Muhammad Khurram was visiting a house in Gowalmandi police jurisdiction while the homeowner was away at work on the night June 16, 2004. He had added sedatives to their milk, as a result of which the homeowner’s wife, 16-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son lost consciousness.
He had then raped the girl. The FIR was registered under Section 10 of the Hudood Ordinance, 1979.
