The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has closed the inquiry against the alleged anomalies committed in Zero Point Interchange Project (ZPIP), it was learnt on Friday.
The FIA started the inquiry some six months back for which the complete record of the project was provided to the investigating agency by the Capital Development Authority (CDA).
After a closely analysing the details of the project, performing engineering quality tests at the site and independently verifying the results from various independent testing laboratories, the cases were closed, said an official.
No irregularities were found in the project, he added.
The FIA authorities also acknowledged the cooperation of CDA in conducting the inquiry.
