Target Killing Commission: Report submitted to chief minister

KARACHI:
The commission set up to probe the target killings in Karachi has determined the actual victims of violence in order to give compensation to their heirs. Justice (retired) Zahid Qurban Alvi, the chairman of the commission, presented the preliminary report to the chief minister on Wednesday. According to a handout issued by the Chief Minister House, the report will be shared with all the main political parties and copies will also be sent to their leaders. The commission was established on the recommendation of the chief justice following the bloodshed in Karachi last year.
