As Tyres Burst: PIA flight narrowly escapes disaster
The incident caused cancellation of several flights.

A Pakistan International Airline (PIA) Karachi-Quetta-Islamabad flight narrowly escaped disaster when the aircraft’s tyres burst on landing at Quetta International Airport on Monday. According to an official of PIA, the flight number PK-352 met the accident while landing at Quetta airport. “Both tyres burst as the aircraft touched the runway. However, all the passengers remained unhurt,” said the official. Authorities had rushed to the site for rescue immediately after the incident and all the passengers were evacuated safely. The incident caused cancellation of several flights. An engineering team from Karachi was on its way to repair the aircraft.
