MALAKAND:
President of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Senator Sardar Ali Khan said on Saturday that Malakand was a fortress of the party. “People of Malakand always elect PPP candidates with a thumping majority in both national and provincial assembly’s constituencies,” said Khan while addressing a public meeting at Sakhakot in Malakand district. The PPP leader expressed full confidence that Malakand’s inhabitants would again elect party candidates in the upcoming general elections, repeating the party’s performance in the 2008 general elections.
