3-Day Conference: Over 20 experts to read out papers

Eleven experts from the national universities will also share their work.

HYDERABAD: The Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET) is organising a three-day international conference from February 27, on ‘Energy, environment and sustainable development’. Around 13 experts from universities of the United Kingdom, USA, Japan, Yugoslavia, Canada, Australia, Jordan and Brazil, will read out their papers at the event. Eleven experts from the national universities will also share their work. “The conference is designed to meet the needs of researchers, policy makers and the corporate sector,” said a press release by the MUET pro vice chancellor and conference chairperson, Prof. Dr M Aslam Uqaili. More than 150 research papers have been submitted so far for reading. The selected papers will also be published in at least six international journals, including the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Management of Environmental Quality, and Sustainable Cities and Society.
