Has Justin Bieber proposed to Selena Gomez?

Justin Bieber has sparked rumours that he’s proposed to girlfriend Selena Gomez, after the pop sensation gave her a ring as a Valentine’s Day gift.

Over the weekend, Selena posted a picture of her wearing the ring on Twitter — which features the initial J — while she is holding someone’s hand, widely believed to be Justin’s.

Accompanied with the photo of the diamond sparkler, Gomez wrote: “I’m finally home :)” — indicating the end of her world tour which started last July.

Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato debut new haircuts

The two teen beauties have been flaunting their new haircuts on Twitter! Lovato — a natural brunette who was most recently a redhead — went blonde Saturday. “Thank you SO much Nine Zero One salon for my new locks,” she wrote after spending 11 hours at the salon as colorist Amber Maynard transformed her hair (and extensions) from red to blonde. Fans must have surely loved the look because later that same day, Lovato Tweeted, “Haha Demi Blondevato is a trending topic?!! Y’all are funny!”

Cyrus’s change was a little less drastic: the singer, who took five inches off of her hair in January, went a bit shorter and added some layers framing her face. Her Tweet of “You likey?” was met with compliments like “fab” and “beautiful” from her twitter followers.

Zac Efron is a stud now!

Zac looks like a hot hunk as the muscular US marine in The Lucky One, but do you know how he actually managed to achieve that size?

As the 24-year-old heart-throb needed to put on 11.3kg, he had to find more creative ways to bulk himself up than just chewing all of his food, he told Cosmopolitan.

“If I could lay out on a table what I ate in one day, your jaw would drop. It was thousands and thousands of calories,” he said. “One day I put three chicken breasts into a blender and hit ‘puree’, because I just couldn’t chew. Chewing was taking so long!”
