KARACHI: The Anti-Violent Crime Cell and Citizens-Police Liaison Committee arrested three men who had kidnapped 12-year-old Zaeem Nawaz, the son of former DSP Nawaz Ranjha, on Sunday.
Police found the body buried in an empty plot near the boy’s house.
