Eid-e-Miladun Nabi: President, PM urge Muslims to unite

President Zardari congratulated Muslims on birthday of benefactor of humanity and last Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

On the occasion of Eid-e-Miladun Nabi (pbuh), President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani have urged Muslims to adopt the teachings of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) to improve their lives and for the betterment of Muslim Ummah.


President Zardari congratulated Muslims on the birthday of the benefactor of humanity and the last Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).  “The day attracts us to continue to make efforts to brighten our days and nights in the light of teachings of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).”

In his message, Prime Minister Gilani said “Those who spread disorder and chaos cannot even claim to be Muslims as the scourges of terrorism and extremism are incompatible with the essence of Islamic teachings.”

He said it is a sacred day for Muslims and the entire humanity. “The Holy Prophet (pbuh) brought with him the Holy Quran, which will continue to serve as a beacon of light for the human beings till the Day of Judgment.”
