Firing in Quetta injures 5

Five people including three policemen have been injured in firing by unidentified men at Kali Tarkha area of Quetta.

Police sources say the gunmen opened indiscriminate fire on a police van injuring the five people.

The injured policemen include Atta Muhammad, Muhammad Yousaf and ASI Murtaza.

The injured have been shifted to Bolan Medical Complex.

Security forces and police officials have cordoned off the area and a search operation is underway to arrest the culprits.
