Bar association meeting: Judge seeks lawyers’ cooperation

Judge says a healthy working relationship between the bar - bench was critical for efficient dispensation of justice.

SIALKOT: District and Sessions Judge Mehboob Qadir Shah said a healthy working relationship between the bar and the bench was critical for efficient dispensation of justice. He was addressing a meeting of Sialkot District Bar Association (DBA) on Thursday. The meeting was attended by several additional district and sessions judges, civil judges and DBA members. DBA president Shahid Mir was also present on the occasion. The judge said law was an important profession as stability of a social order depended on dispensation of justice. He urged upon the young lawyers to learn from the experience of their senior colleagues.
