8 year old boy sexually assaulted in Rahim Yar Khan

The boy was abducted and molested by his neighbour and his friends.

BAHALWALPUR: An 8 year old boy, Jamal* from Rahim Yar Khan was kidnapped and sexually assaulted by his neighbour and his friends.

The victim’s father alleged that his son was abducted by Imran* and his two unknown friends. The accused took the boy to a nearby field and molested him and then fled, according to the father.

Jamal’s father, Majid* told The Express Tribune that a passerby heard his son crying in the field, who was in critical condition, and informed him.

Majid admitted Jamal to Rukanpur District Headquarters (DHQ) hospital for treatment.

Doctors at the DHQ Hospital confirmed that Jamal was admitted to the hospital in very critical condition but had improved in the past few days.

The doctor also confirmed that the boy was sexually assaulted.

A First Information Report (FIR) was filed at the Rukanpur Police Station and Investigation Officer Shah Nawaz told The Express Tribune that they had arrested Imran and were in search of his accomplices.
