Discouraging encroachers: Vigilant surveillance in Scheme-42

KARACHI: The Lyari Development Authority (LDA) director general, Agha Maqsood Abbas, issued orders on Thursday for round-the-clock vigilance at the Hawksbay Scheme-42. The surveillance will protect the plots in the area, termed as Asia’s largest residential scheme. Abbas said that legal action will be taken against encroachers.
