LAHORE: Additional District and Sessions Judge Chaudhry Nazeer Ahmed on Thursday adjourned the Sapna Khan case till Jan 30 owing to lawyer’s strike in connection with murder of three lawyers in Karachi. In earlier proceedings, the court had issued a show cause notice to Race Course SHO for not submitting detailed and para-wise comments on a petition filed by Missal Khan. The petition seeks a copy of the FIR filed against former chief minister Dost Muhammad Khosa and his cronies allegedly involved in the abduction and murder of Sapna.
