Different, not extreme: ‘PPP will face defeat in elections’

The JUI- chief aims to revive the Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal before forming a united opposition.

SUKKUR: Pakistan Peoples Party parliamentarians will face defeat in the next general elections because it has failed to deliver, said Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman. While talking to the media at the Sukkur airport on Wednesday, he said that the general elections could be held before time but not immediately. “Imran Khan is not a threat for our party; we are a threat for him,” he said. The JUI- chief aims to revive the Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal before forming a united opposition. Rehman left for Pir jo Goth to condole the death of Pir Pagara.
