Busted: AVCC finds businessman and Steel Mill executive

According to AVCC chief Ghulam Subhani, Ahmed was kidnapped from the Northern Bypass.

In an attempt to find three people including a Pakistan Steel Mill official, the Anti-Violent Crime Cell (AVCC) carried out raids in different parts of the city. They managed to arrest four men allegedly involved in the kidnappings.


They found the deputy manager of the Steel Mills, Saeed Ahmad, in a raid near Hamdard University. According to AVCC chief Ghulam Subhani, Ahmed was kidnapped from the Northern Bypass. The kidnappers released his driver and asked for Rs10 million as ransom.

A businessman identified as Imran alias Mani, was found in Katti Pahari. Another man identified as Imran Shah was found in Sakran.
