KARACHI: The City School’s PAF chapter is holding a science olympiad on February 4 for students currently enrolled in A’ Level schools and select intermediate colleges in Karachi. The event seeks to promote scientific excellence and recognise and reward outstanding young scientists, says the website. Group entries will be accepted. Entries should demonstrate effective partnerships and combination of skills and engagement with peers. With five competitions, ranging from those in engineering airplanes and medical diagnosis to robotics, the olympiad is The City School’s first multi-disciplinary one.
