The credentialing ceremony took place at the White House, with President Obama formally accepting credentials from new ambassadors from Morocco, Iraq, UK and Azerbaijan amongst others.
Ambassador Rehman, since her arrival in the US capital earlier this month, has already presented her credentials to the US State Department’s Under Secretary for Political Affairs Wendy Sherman. Following the presentation of her credentials, Ambassador Rehman has also met with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Deputy Secretary of State Tom Nides and Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan Marc Grossman.

@Mohammad Ali Siddiqui: BTW, who said there's something special in it!
Will she shake hands with Obama and cause Hafiz Saeed and other mullahs here to go ballistics?
The presenting of credential is a routine ceremony. Less than 30 minutes has been allocated on the President schedule. All of the 15 ambassador is going to meet at the same time in the Oval Office. Apart from pleasantry, no one-on-one talk and country specific issues will be discussed.
I hope she delivers on behalf of Pakistan in a manner desired and expected by the people of Pakistan and not the PPP! (Ameen)
Lets see her abilities but we Pakistani's believe that major Shift in the foreign policy us needed http://707monty.blogspot.com/2011/11/nato-attack-major-shift-in-pakistans.html
Every Ambassador whosoever is posted in US meets with the US President to present his or her credentials.
It is a common practice and there is nothing special in it.
Maybe the POTUS should delay this meeting seems this is the way things are done in PAK
