Gold rush: Robbers loot 13 shops

MULTAN:

In Busti Malook a band of robbers plundered 13 shops and stole over Rs400,000 worth of jewellery and other items.

The incident occurred at 1am on Monday, when eight robbers broke into Rehman Plaza and held the three watchmen on duty hostage in a shop while they cleared away all jewellery, cash and cell phones. A large group of traders took to the streets in protest.
