Game Change: Moore takes on Palin

Game Change seeks to capture the essence of Sarah Palin.

LOS ANGELES: Americans may be gearing up for the 2012 presidential elections, but HBO is revisiting the drama of the 2008 race to the White House in a TV film about Sarah Palin and John McCain.

Game Change, starring Julianne Moore as Palin and Ed Harris as McCain, is based on the 2010 book by John Heilemann and Mark Halperin that documented behind-the-scenes action of the presidential campaign four years ago.

But the new film, which will premiere on March 10, focuses on the rise of Palin as McCain’s 2008 Republican Party running mate. “We felt that story of Sarah Palin is truly one of the great American political stories of our time,” writer Danny Strong told reporters.

Moore said that she spent hours working with a vocal coach to master Palin’s “idiosyncratic way of speaking” as well as reading Palin’s book and watching her TV reality show, “Sarah Palin’s Alaska”.

“It’s a daunting task to play somebody who’s not only a living figure but is also hugely well-known. So for me, the most important thing was accuracy. We’re all very familiar with her and those iconic moments four years ago,” said Moore.

A national hero????????????? ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. She's alot of things but a hero....nope. Palin is nothing more than an opportunist who quit her job as Governor for money. Plain and simple. The only reason she doesn't run is because she would have to open her mouth and unfortunately she's too dumb to answer basic questions like what types of books do you read. How anyone with a half a brain can support her is beyond me. You might as well have a Kardashian run for POTIS.

The version Game Change put in their book from anonymous sources. When Sarah Palin released HER first book, Nicole Wallace who turns out to be one of these anonymous sources, stated on National Television "This book is a bizarre fixation on things that everyone else has moved on from." Apparently NOT!! Three plus years later we are still getting the political LEFT and biased media obsessed with PDS, unable to control their hate, will display a moment in Sarah Palin's lfe that had no significance to anyone including herself. Of all the people in the 2008 Race Sarah Palin had the least significance in the outcome. Yet HBO EXPOSING who they are on our political landscape feel necessary to debase this wonderful woman. What we won't get from this HBO movie is the message Sarah Palin had to offer this nation. It was not only the reason she was chosen to be McCain's VP pick, she actually governed to astronomical popularity in her own state, and why she is beloved among Conservatives nationally. It is unfortunate that McCain's Campaign was filled with politicos who do not share this Conservative vision, and decided early on that Sarah Palin is a serious threat to the Permanent Political Class, and needed to be "taken down". Those very words were used not only in the Obama Campaign, but inside the McCain Campaign. The idea that Palin wasn't qualified when we chose Obama as President simply doesn't hold water, but those who are victorious get to rewrite history, and this is what HBO is doing here. If HBO is looking to change minds, that will not happen, because Conservatives (40% of the nation) doesn't care what they have to say and won't be watching. The LEFT can share their Giggles with themselves. PS: under the definition of idiosyncratic: "The best minds are idiosyncratic and unpredictable as they follow the course of scientific discovery."
