Humourist Franklin P Jones believes that ‘You can learn many things from children. How much patience you have, for instance’. We have seen parents requesting their little ones to let go of the cereal box in superstore aisles and have seen mothers chasing toddlers and begging them to wear their tiny shoes. However, this activity which appears to be a painstaking living, breathing project to a bystander — and which makes many of us wince at the thought of dealing with a little person almost every day — is possibly the best thing that could happen to celebrities who keep tweeting about their ‘little bundles of joy’.
As the holiday season comes to a close, celebrities are tweeting about the precious moments with their families and the activities they indulge in together. While some celebrities were busy reading bedtime stories and talking to imaginary pink unicorns, others tweeted about how little realities of life are beautiful in their own bizarre way.
Here are the top 10 tweets of the week.
Amitabh Bachchan
Shahrukh and a few others from the fraternity visit drop by to meet the little one. She is a still-in-wonder bundle and we try to spend as much time as possible with her. Simple pleasures of life.
Pooja Bedi
I had so much fun on the ski slopes with the kids today. I love being the mom that gets involved with her children, rather than sitting on a bench and watching them from a distance.
Shahrukh Khan
It’s one of those days when I go through the emotions and I find myself seeking happiness in little things. Cycling with Suhana was the highlight. I need to do it more.
Shweta Tiwari
I am a very friendly mom. I am a little strict with her, but not like my role in “Parvarish”.
Rio Ferdinand
Little men washed plus dressed and now it’s time to have breakfast. This parenting business isn’t a game.
Paula Abdul
One of the things I have learned is that if everything were easy no one would ever grow.
Perez Hilton
If you want something badly enough, make it happen. Don’t give up, don’t take no for an answer! Outsmart! Outlast!
Lisa Faulkner
Just smelt a bonfire and was instantly transported back to my childhood. Sometimes I wonder where that little person is now.
Will.i.am
If you believe blindly, there is always a chance that a ‘lie’ is standing in the centre of what you ‘be.LIE.ve’. Know the ledge, know your boundaries.
Khloe Kardashian
To be honest, I don’t have time to hate people who hate me, because I’m too busy loving people who love me.
