Urban Planning: Building demolished for violation

Structure on plot No12 in Garden Town was demolished for being used for commercial purposes without prior approval.

LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority’s Town Planning Wing on Tuesday demolished a building in Garden Town and sealed another in Gulberg for violations of by-laws. The structure on plot No12 in Garden Town was demolished for being used for commercial purposes without prior approval. In another raid, the LDA staff sealed a commercial building on plot No13 in S-Block, Gulberg II, built on a residential plot without the authority’s approval.
