Eye Care: 1,355 patients receive free treatment

Patients received free-of-charge eye check-up and treatment at a 3 day camp held by Comprehensive Eye Care Services.

PESHAWAR: As many as 1.355 patients in Mohmand Agency were received free-of-charge eye check-up and treatment at a three-day camp held by Comprehensive Eye Care Services. An official of the Fata Directorate of Health Services said free eye camps are being held at basic health units in Machni and Prang Ghaar, where deserving patients are given medicines and spectacles. A total of 415 patients were given reading glasses, while surgeries of 18 patients were conducted on the spot, he added.
