Corruption: Revenue employee gets three years

SARGODHA: Zafar Iqbal, an Anti Corruption Court special judge, on Friday handed three-year imprisonment and Rs 40,000 fine to a Revenue Department employee (patwari) in a corruption case. Hussnain Shah, a resident of Mianwali, was found guilty of taking Rs12,000 each bribe from Ghulam Murtza and Mureed Raza for transfer of their ancestral property in their names on October 28, 2008.
