The blue Toyota Corolla was taken near the Stadium Road in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, which is within the jurisdiction of the Aziz Bhatti police station.
Ghauri told The Express Tribune that at least four armed men ambushed the driver and policeman accompanying his daughter.
The suspects beat them and drove off. Ghauri said that the criminals also snatched the sub-machine gun that the police guard was carrying.
SHO Kenson Dean said that the police are trying to catch the culprits and that the Anti-Car Lifting Cell has been informed about the incident.

@Hamid...yes just a guard...not GUARDS, remember this is Karachi and she is a daughter of MNA. If you check the MQM Sind Assembly members you would even find some travel on Motorcycles.

It shows that crime is infecting everyone, no one is safe...Strict measures are required to deal with this situation...Legislation is required by the Sindh Assemble and culprits should get death sentence for street crimes. I bet you give death sentence to 10-20 culprits the crime rate will come down.
