Tragedy: 12 injured in bomb explosion

One person was killed and 12 others were injured after a bomb exploded in Azam Tower on Arbab Road here on Tuesday.


According to police, an explosive was planted in a motorcycle with the presumed target being a private bank on the ground floor of the tower.

The area was cordoned off and Jamrud Road was blocked for vehicular traffic. The injured were rushed to Khyber Teaching Hospital.
