Oddity: Fireworks land groom behind bars

RAWALPINDI: The Civil Lines police raided a wedding ceremony in the Mareer Hasan area and arrested the bridegroom for allowing fireworks in his wedding, while around 15 persons managed to escape. The police said that they raided the wedding ceremony where a group of young men were using fireworks. They managed to flee as soon as the police reached the spot. However, the police took Adnan Zameer into custody.
