KARACHI: The anti-corruption police seized expired medicines from Lyari General Hospital in a raid on Saturday. According to the police they conducted the raid on a tip-off. They added that the hospital got a huge quantity of medicines from the government for the outpatient department on a daily basis. A police officer claimed that they sold the medicines for a profit and charged the patients a lot of money as well. He added that an investigation was being carried out.
