Volleyball: Peshawar beat Nowshera in thriller

PESHAWAR: Peshawar overcame the stiff challenge posed by Nowshera in the final of the Peshawar Inter-District Boys Under-18 Volleyball Championship to win 3-1. Nowshera started the match off brightly, winning the opening set 25-23. The second set saw some stiff competition with Peshawar holding out till the end to win 27-25. The following two sets proved to be equally competitive as the hosts had to battle extremely hard to outplay Nowshera 25-20 and 25-23 to be declared winners.
