Unfinished business: Govt to halt funds for schemes

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad will only get Rs12 million out of Rs910 million urgently needed to wrap up development work financed by the federal government at a cost of Rs2.66 billion. When he met Planning Commission officials, the Hyderababad commissioner demanded that the federal government release the money immediately so that five projects are completed. The schemes include a five-kilometre-long dual carriageway and autobahn road.
