The Christian community is an integral part of our society and has played a key role in the development of the federal capital.
Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Engineer Farkhand Iqbal stated this during a Christmas celebration ceremony organised by CDA and the Christian Youth Uplift Forum at the construction site of Full Gospel Assembly (FGA) Church on Wednesday.
Iqbal added that the Christian community deserves appreciation for the services rendered to keep the city tidy and in preserving its green identity.
Efforts of the Christian community stood tall and were acknowledged at all forums, he added. He directed the civic body to expedite work on construction of the retaining wall around the church.
