Jubilation Firing: Two girls die at wedding

Two girls died from firing at a wedding when the groom’s brother opened fire in the air.

BAHAWALPUR: Two girls died from firing at a wedding in Moza Kundi on Wednesday. Police said that Iqra, 7, and Dilshad, 9, were hit by bullets when Makhan Khan, the groom’s brother, fired shots in the air on arriving at the bride’s house. The girls died on the spot. The wedding was postponed. Police have arrested the suspect and registered an FIR against him.
