Efficiency Level: KWSB plans to improve tax recovery

KWSB chief has called for improving the tax recovery system to steer the organisation out of the financial crisis.

KARACHI: The Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) chief Misbahuddin Farid has called for improving the tax recovery system to steer the organisation out of the financial crisis. He directed the officers of the KWSB tax department to persuade those consumers who are not in the tax net. Addressing a meeting of the official on Friday, Misbah also called for chalking out a strategy and a coordinated policy in this connection.
