Governor Latif Khosa on Tuesday inaugurated a project in Layyah which had a week ago been inaugurated by a PML-N MNA Syed Saqlain Bukhari.
The project was originally started at a cost of Rs900 million by then PML-Q MNA Niaz Ahmed Jhakar during the government of General (retd) Pervaiz Musharraf.
