Targetted violence: Estate agent killed over property dispute

KARACHI: Two armed men shot at a car near Perfume Chowk, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, on Monday. Faisal Tanoli, 36, and Babar Shabbir, 30, were injured and were rushed to a private hospital in the area where Tanoli succumbed to injuries. Tanoli’s body was taken to Jinnah hospital. According to SHO Chaudhry Azam, the victim used to run an estate agency in Gulistan-e-Jauhar and was involved in a land dispute. He said that they were waiting to record Shabbir’s statement but he was in critical condition. No case was registered till the filing of this news story.
