Postponement: World Series Hockey put off

NEW DEHLI:

A lucrative, but unsanctioned, hockey tournament due to start this month has been postponed, said organisers.

The World Series Hockey, promoted by the unrecognised Indian Hockey Federation (IHF), clashed with dates of the Indian team’s ongoing camp to prepare for Olympic qualifiers to be held in New Delhi.  IHF officials said the WSH will now begin on February 29, three days after the qualifiers end.

@pathetic nation: this show that this tournament is made to destroy other countries’ teams…only…as indians will be clear and their team will be selected by 25th Feb

Your logic is ridiculous. No one is forced to play in this tournament. Players of other teams who have Olympic qualifiers to attend can always opt out if these conflict with the tournament.
