Speaking to The Express Tribune, Captain Kirby said, "We are aware that Pakistan has decided to remove some of their liaison officers from some of the border coordination centers. This is certainly Pakistan's right. We hope those liaison officers can resume their duties soon in as much as their presence is designed to help us reduce the risk of another such incident occurring."
Earlier on Monday, the Associated Press reported that Pakistan was pulling out troops from two of the three border coordination units at the Pak-Afghan border set-up for communication between NATO and Pakistani troops in retaliation to the NATO attack on November 26 that led to the death of 24 Pakistani soldiers.

Dear forum member: “ Hu Jintao”
You should be glad to hear that the plan is on track and we are on pace to meet our “2014” deadline. ANSF have already begun assuming the security responsibilities and Afghanistan has long begun recovering from the damage caused by the Taliban regime. It is imperative that we leave Afghanistan with a platform that will not only prevent Taliban atrocities from recurring, but that allows the nation to move forward. We have made too many sacrifices for us to now rush the process and jeopardize our efforts in the region. More broadly, we continue to believe that it is important that Afghanistan, Pakistan, and ISAF work together to better coordinate their activities on the border so that we can address and avoid cross-border incidents, such as the tragic November 26 incident. The President made clear it that this regrettable incident was not a deliberate attack on Pakistan and reiterated the United States’ strong commitment to a full investigation. Secretary Clinton affirmed America's respect for Pakistan's sovereignty and commitment to working together in pursuit of shared objectives on the basis of mutual interest and mutual respect.

Now hard/tough time for NATO and USA has been commenced properly in Afghanistan and now US's and NATO's officials shall have to face the most hardest and toughest ordeals and conditions in this useless war in the hilly Afghanistan against the handful Taliban/Haqqani/Alqaeda network and one that shall come Insha Allah when US' and NATO's forces shall leave Afghanistan after wasting their troops' lives and billions of $$$$$ and destroying precious military vehicles but gaining nothing.

It is in the interest of Pakistan to coordinate with ISAF to eliminate terrorism from the region . The present govt. Knows it very well that the opposition is eager to come in to the power even by taking the help of terrorists and terrorist ready to extend them all out support to toppel the present government . The position of army at lower level is also uncertain .
