Protest: US, NATO not our allies, say traders

Samanabad Anjuman Tajran held a protest rally on Sunday to condemn the attack of NATO forces on Pakistan Army border posts. Hundreds of people staged a sit-in on Samanabad Road to condemn the incident. The protesters said that the Pakistan government needs to disassociate from the United States. “What kind of allies are these? We always seem to be the ones losing out,” said protest leader Mukhtaar Qayyum. The protesters held banners and placards and chanted slogans against the NATO forces as well as the US government.
