Inallilah-e-wa-inna-ilehay-rajioon. May his soul rest in peace. We have certainly lost a true artist. May Allah give his family to bear this heavy loss.
I am a big fan of him since my childhood, may Allah keep his soul rest in peace. Amin
Mr. Khalid Rauf, a member of a very respectable Pashto speaking family from Peshawar, joined Pakistan Customs in 1982 through CSS. He was an outstanding officer, a wonderful colleage and highly disciplined junior. He was a gifted person and Nature had carved him as an extremely creative personality. The was obviously an impediment in his creative ventures and he finally resigned after almost 10 years to join the club of writers, poets, trainers and directors. He stood out as a director and writer. His plays on television have immortalized him as a writer and director. His affection for Kashmiris and devotion to cause of Kashmir knew no bounds. He was a speaker / orator par excellence. His Leadership Academy in Islamabad is doing a wonderful job to train the future leaders in every sphere of life. Khalid has left wife, a son and a daughter to mourn this loss. We, the officers of Pakistan Customs, pray to Almighty Allah to rest his soul in eternal peace and grant fortitude to his family to bear this loss.

Sad end of good human being....may his soul rest in peace.. Ameen
He was a true Muslim, a patriot Pakistani. Kashmiri people shall remember him as a hero of their freedom struggle. The first effective drama series Angar Wadi was his practical contribution years ago to highlight the Kasmir issue and Indian occupation. The freedom struggle in Kashmir Salutes the Shaheed Khalid Rauf as true mujahid. May Allah bless him with eternal peace and Jannat al Firdos and patience to the near ones and family to bear this great loss. Aameen

Apart of all the stated stuff he was a good leader. He tried to motivate and influence others by saying 'Be a leader'.Question is that who will continue his mission in the form of PLF.Pakistan Leadership Forum was founded by him few months ago and started delivering lectures on LEADERSHIP.No doubt, he was a very good speaker.May his soul rest in peace.AMIN!

I first met him in 1978 when we joined Pakistan Marine Academy, Karachi in the same batch and in the same Division and were together for about 2 years. He later joined CSS and became famous in the world of TV but kept in contact with his Mariner friends. May Allah bless his soul and give sabr to his family. It is very tragic that we lost a brother, a friend and a true artist.
