Customer Service: PTCL awards top call centre agent

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has given “Top agent of contact centre” award to Humaira Riaz in recognition of her efforts to provide best customer outreach services. The award was conferred at the annual awards ceremony of PTCL Contact Centre Rawalpindi, says a press release. Riaz received the award from PTCL Senior Executive Vice President Commercial Naveed Saeed. PTCL said its outbound contact centre in Rawalpindi reaches out to customers spread all over the country for conducting telemarketing, taking feedback and other outreach activities. PRESS RELEASE
