New appointment: Marri made information minister

KARACHI: The minister for power, Shazia Marri, has been given additional charge of the information ministry. She will also continue to perform her duties as the minister for power. Marri has served as the information minister in the past. The resignation of the former Sindh information minister, Sharjeel Inam Memon, was accepted by the chief minister of Sindh, Qaim Ali Shah, on Monday.
